What Refueling options does Lala Cabs have?

Lala Cabs has three refueling options available to meet your needs: > You can pick the car and refuel it at the next available filling station. The gas available in the car will be enough to take you to the next filling station. > You can let us refuel for you and we'll charge you gas at pump price plus a flat refueling fee of KES 6500 (USD 5.00) per transaction. Pump rate/retail price is based on average retail price in local area as periodically updated, See https://www.epra.go.ke/services/petroleum/petroleum-prices/ Taxes and Concession Fees, where applicable, are extra. > You may purchase a full tank of gas at pump price. Please be aware that we are unable to issue a refund for unused fuel. However, this method eliminates the need for you to refuel the tank prior to returning.

What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns can affect the type of rate assigned to the rental. In most cases, returns of less than 1 hour late will not be charged extra hours. Returns beyond 1 hour late or later will be charged extra. A late return of 3 hours or more will usually result in charge of another day. What happens if I cause damage to the car during the rental period?

Any damages to the car below USD 300 (KES 39,000) will be handled by the person renting the car. Any damages above that amount will be handled by the Insurance Provider.
